Some "Discoveries" on the Resources for Catholic Educators Web Site

The old version of the Resources for Catholic Educators Web site was online for 20 years. It was one of the very first Catholic Web site online.

Over the years it has grown considerably. Initially (in 1994) it was a single page with links to a handful of other web sites. By the time it moved to its new address earlier this year - it is now at 4Catholic Educators.com - it had grown to over 1600 pages of resources.

In transferring all resources from the old Web address at silk.net I have been doing quite a bit of fine tuning on these pages and have come across some material that I had completely forgotten.

Among these are the following:

- A page with free content for Web masters - http://www.4catholiceducators.com/freecontent.htm. Simply paste the widget codes provided on any page of your web site and you provide constantly updated resources for visitors to your site.

- Some  activities:
   Pyramid - a fund review activity: http://www.4catholiceducators.com/pyramid.htm
Solidarity - A visual aid idea that can be used as part of a celebration focusing on solidarity.

- A page with links to articles on the use of storytelling in religious education and to a sampling of stories.

- A page with links to resources, prayers, meditations focusing on the seven last words of Jesus on the cross.

I will keep posted on other "discoveries" I make as I finish updating my Web site!
