New resources for Lent

I am happy  to pass on the following message from Jared Dees, owner of the blog The Religion Teacher:

New resources for Lent are now available at The Religion Teacher for teachers, catechists, and others to use with their students and children.

I just posted an extensive Ash Wednesday Lesson Plan, which includes a full set of activities, worksheets, integration with the Ash Wednesday Video, and a short quiz to assess the students' progress.

You can find it here: www.thereligionteacher.com/ash-wednesday-lesson-plan/

This lesson is completely free as are all the videos about Lent that are posted on theCatechetical Videos page.

Announcing a New Activity Pack!

I am also happy to unveil the newest edition to The Religion Teacher's activity pack series: The Religion Teacher's Lenten Activity Pack

In it you will find lesson plans just like the Ash Wednesday lesson plan as well as printable worksheets, quizzes, prayer ideas, and other suggestions for activities to use during Lent.

Check out The Religion Teacher's Lenten Activity Pack

Have a blessed Lent!
