Catholic Digest Lenten Meditations

Catholic Digest has put together nine meditative videos beginning with Ash Wednesday and culminating with Easter Sunday. Each video is short enough to fit in any day—your lunch break, prayer time or any opportunity you have for personal reflection. These brief videos serve to provide you with thoughts, observations, and meditations to help you understand how Christ suffered for us and the redemption we ultimately attain through his resurrection.

Saint Paul Ministries

The Saint Paul Ministries Web site offers a large number of resources, many of them in the form of PowerPoint presentations. The introduction to the Web site reads as follows:

"As Saint Jerome said, “Ignorance of Scripture is ignorance of Christ,” our goal is to spread the Word of God as far and wide as we can.
We explain the cultural, historical and religious thought of the time. Included in each presentation is an illustration (story) that explains how the Biblical readings being studied relate to the present day. The Bible is not a book of the past; its messages are as meaningful today as they were over 2000 years ago.
This site also has presentations that cover Defending the Faith topics, topics that explain and defend the Catholic faith."
